2. Services Provided

Dedicated Minecraft Host provides dedicated server hosting services for Minecraft game servers. Our services include server provisioning, management tools, DDoS protection, automated backups, and technical support as specified in your selected plan.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle. You agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your selected plan
• Provide valid payment information
• Accept automatic renewal unless cancelled before the next cycle
• Understand that services may be suspended for non-payment

Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase for new customers who are not satisfied with our services.

5. User Responsibilities

As a user, you are responsible for:

• Complying with our Acceptable Use Policy
• Managing your server content and ensuring it is legal
• Maintaining backups of your important data
• Keeping your server software and plugins updated
• Complying with Minecraft's EULA and all applicable laws

6. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes. Continued use of services after modifications constitutes acceptance of those changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Dedicated Minecraft Host shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately, and we may delete your data after a 30-day grace period.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
