2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use our services for any of the following activities:

• Distributing malware, viruses, or any malicious software
• Conducting DDoS attacks or other network attacks against any target
• Hosting content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Distributing illegal content or engaging in illegal activities
• Sending spam or unsolicited bulk communications
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other systems or accounts
• Mining cryptocurrency or running unauthorized resource-intensive processes
• Reselling our services without authorization

3. Minecraft Server Guidelines

When operating a Minecraft server, you must:

• Comply with Minecraft's EULA and Commercial Usage Guidelines
• Not run pay-to-win servers that violate Mojang's policies
• Ensure your server does not facilitate harassment or hate speech
• Implement appropriate moderation for public servers
• Not use our services to advertise your server through spam

4. Resource Usage

Your server must operate within the resource limits of your selected plan. Excessive resource usage that impacts other customers may result in throttling or suspension. We reserve the right to take action against servers causing performance issues for the shared infrastructure.

5. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violations of this AUP, please report them to our abuse team at abuse@dedicatedminecraft.host. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action.

6. Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of your account depending on the severity. We reserve the right to take immediate action without prior notice for serious violations.
