1. Uptime Guarantee
Dedicated Minecraft Host guarantees 99.9% monthly uptime for all hosted services. This means your server will be available for at least 99.9% of each calendar month.

2. Service Credits
If we fail to meet our uptime commitment, you may be eligible for service credits as follows:

3. Exclusions
The uptime guarantee does not apply to:
- Scheduled maintenance (announced at least 48 hours in advance)
- Issues caused by your server configuration, plugins, or mods
- DDoS attacks or other external security threats
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, etc.)
- Suspension due to AUP or ToS violations
- Issues with third-party services or APIs
4. Claiming Credits
To claim service credits, you must submit a support ticket within 30 days of the incident. Include the date, time, and duration of the outage. We will verify the claim against our monitoring data and apply credits to your next billing cycle if eligible.
