Curios API Server Hosting

Curios API is the standard accessory slot framework for Minecraft, with over 50 million downloads providing rings, amulets, belts, and other equipment slots to countless mods. When you host a server with Curios, players can equip additional items beyond vanilla armor slots.

Why Host with Curios?

Many RPG and adventure mods add accessory items - rings of power, magical amulets, utility belts. Curios provides the slots these items equip to. Without it, these items have nowhere to go.

Server Requirements

Curios requires both client and server installation for proper functionality. We recommend 4GB RAM as baseline. The slot system adds minimal overhead but enables significant gameplay expansion.

Accessory Slot Types

Curios defines numerous slot types: rings, necklaces, bracelets, belts, charms, heads, backs, and more. Mod developers can use existing types or define custom ones for unique equipment.

Equipment Screen Integration

A dedicated curios inventory screen shows all accessory slots. Players access it through a button or keybind, managing their equipped accessories alongside standard inventory.
